I'll talk about how to make yourself uninteresting to them; how to handle it if they stay interested nonetheless; the right way to talk to a G-man; and give a quick behind the scenes look at the world of federal criminal investigations.

I am a federal criminal defense attorney. I run my own law firm in Washington D.C. where I represent people in federal criminal investigations and in federal criminal cases. I was a federal public defender in Maryland. Like most people, I've got a Master's Degree in Philosophy and I've done a little stand-up comedy.
